Somewhere, Sometime Ago – Roadtrip 2012: Grand Teton National Park

Enduring a long drive through the night and we see witness another beautiful sun rise. I remember stopping by a gas station for a quick bathroom break and some coffee. It’s cold. Really cold. But that sun on the horizon was just too beautiful to not stop and stare.

We’re on a long stretch of road and all I could see are the cascade of mountains. Growing up in Brooklyn, NY ..the view was unreal. It was like something out of a painting I’d find at the mall. We’d finally make our way into Jackson, WY to have a proper meal. Breakfast. Hot coffee. What’s not to love?

We didn’t stay at Grand Teton for long, mostly just a stop along the way further east. We went on two short hikes to stretch our legs and check out the scenery. Snapped some more pictures of the mountains and a pretty waterfall we saw and we were back on the road.

We’re almost towards the end of our road trip and our our next stop is Yellowstone National Park. We were there for several days so I’ve got a lot of pictures coming your way!
