Haven’t updated in a while since level 2 was coming to an end; all the studying, practicing, and more studying. Broke down more than enough chickens to be done with eating it for now; part of the practical included quartering a chicken and dressing a flat-fish within 30 minutes. As I’m updating this post, I realize I should be studying for my exam/mock midterm today in level 3. As always, onto the next one, I’m onto the next one.
